Tetra Pak return to Mystery Creek Events Centre for their second conference.

Tetra Pak, a global leader in food safety packaging, returned to Mystery Creek Events Centre in 2023 for a conference accommodating 250 delegates from Australia and New Zealand. The venue's central location near Hamilton, where Tetra Pak's NZ head office is situated, and its proximity to Auckland and Hamilton airports supported the choice to again hold an event here.

In 2019, Tetra Pak successfully hosted a larger-scale conference at the Centre, utilising the entire site. The Pavilion and Conference Centre facilitated team-building activities, while the Bledisloe venue hosted seminars and a gala dinner. Outdoor sessions included lunches and afternoon bar services in the picturesque Heritage Village, with tables and chairs set amidst the trees, complemented by a bar in the historic garage.

Returning in 2023 at a smaller scale, the event organisers were planning a conference for delegates who would travel from Australia and all over New Zealand.

For attendees travelling from afar, many visitors would require accommodation nearby. The venue is complemented by numerous accommodation options in nearby Hamilton and Cambridge.

The Convention Centre, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and hosted indoor speaker sessions throughout the day in a theatre-style arrangement with precise AV support from the venue's preferred supplier, SBI Productions.

The Pavilion provided ample space for team-building activities, and an adjoining glass foyer served as a versatile hub for informal mingling during breaks during the day.

In the evening, pre-dinner drinks were served in the Foyer before guests were invited upstairs to the Convention Suites, where Kerr & Ladbrook went on to orchestrate a memorable banquet-style Gala Dinner, utilising the venue's chef's kitchen for preparation and service.
