The Pavilion

The Pavilion sits centre stage of Mystery Creek and is a premier space for exhibitions, large machinery and industry shows, conventions, concerts and sporting events. 

Facilities include a fully equipped commercial kitchen with large food preparation area and ample power connections. As well as public toilets and shower facilities it provides a green room with a lounge and separate toilet and shower rooms.

The Convention Centre

Able to accommodate large numbers, this facility is used extensively for gala dinners, conferences, exhibitions, performances, and theatre-style events.

Joined to The Pavilion by a floor to ceiling sliding wall, the Convention Centre can be used as a standalone facility or in conjunction with The Pavilion for truly large-scale events.

Convention Suites

Located on the second floor of the Pavilion and Convention Centre the Suites offer smaller space ideal for seminars, presentations, corporate meetings, and lunches.

The area can be used as one large room or divided into three separate rooms by sliding partition walls.

The Gallagher

Designed with versatility in mind, the modern Gallagher building is a multi-use space measuring 800m2 and has a separate mezzanine of another 110m2. 

It is the ideal mid-size venue for conferences, meetings and dinners and where including a breakout space is desirable. The Gallagher houses permanent in-house projectors and screens in three different locations offering multiple layout options.

The bledisloe Function Centre

Previously known as the Bledisloe Hall, this historic building was moved from the centre of Hamilton in the late 1970’s and now sits beside the tranquil park-like Heritage Village.

It is the ideal venue for hosting special family and corporate events, funerals, conferences, meetings, or product launches.  The facility can be scaled to host smaller functions in a more intimate atmosphere.

agricultural heritage Village

The Agricultural Heritage Village offers a unique environment for functions, both intimate and on a larger scale. 

Within the Agricultural Heritage Village sits a large amount of Waikato’s history, with a small-town garage, school, hospital, blacksmith, church and the former Kihikihi jail, as well as the National Dairy Museum.

With 114 hectares of natural surrounds and the beautiful Waikato River running adjacent, Mystery Creek’s vast outdoor space provides endless opportunity to host events that require outdoor activity. 

Mystery Creek’s outdoor environs are serviced by 14km of sealed roading allowing for convenient set up and hosting outdoor events. Complimented by a range of indoor facilities, the outdoor areas offer the ideal platform for large machinery demonstrations, exhibitions, staff training, team building events, product and machinery launches, concerts, festivals and jamborees along with capacity for large scale onsite camping.
